Possible EMail-borne Virus

Macology's Internet Mail Server, EIMS, has been enabled with a large
number of virus filters to protect our and our clients' computers.
Your incoming email was analyzed by our filters and found to potentially
contain an attachment which contains a virus. See Macology's Exclusion List.

Contact your IT representative to verify that your system is virus free.

Note that Macology's Internet Mail Server is set to reject all MIME
attachments of the following types:

Macology's Internet Mail Server has been set to reject all MIME attachments of the above types due to their continued use by virus,
trojans and other problematic attachments. Additionally, Macology's
user have not identified a need to receive such a file as naked attachments.

If you have a need to transmit a file of a type that is on the list to one of
our users and you are sure that it is virus free, just ZIP, Stuff, or TAR the file before attaching it to your email. If you need further help in performing this activity, contact your IT representative. If you require further help, contact help@macologyinternet.com

Your EMail system is on a SPAM list

Macology's Internet Mail Server, EIMS, uses
ORDB, ORBL, ORBZ and MAPS Filters to minimize the amount of SPAM/UCE its users receive - see Macology's
Exclusion Filter List. If your mail to one of our users was rejected, you
will have to have your IT or ISP secure their system(s) from relaying and/or sending SPAM/UCE. They will then need to contact ORDB, ORBL, ORBZ and/or MAPS to request retest and removal from their anti-SPAM lists.
If you are on one you may be on many or all of the relay lists so you
may wish to request retesting from all sites.

Note that Macology's Internet Mail Server is set to reject all email that
comes from a source listed in the data bases below:

Macology's Internet Mail Server, EIMS, uses Filters to minimize the
amount of SPAM/UCE its users receive. A significant amount of
SPAM/UCE contain subjects that include very long runs of spaces
or periods. Please change your subject line and send your mail again.

Your EMail system does not conform to IETF RFCs

Macology's Internet Mail Server, EIMS, uses rfc-ignorant.org to
minimize the amount of SPAM/UCE its users receive since most SPAM sources tend to be misconfigured EMail servers - see Macology's
Exclusion Filter List. If your mail to one of our users was rejected,
you will have to have your IT or ISP configure their system(s) to
properly conform to all mail RFCs. They will then need to contact
rfc-ignorant.org to request retest and removal from their
non-conformance lists.
