Having successfully moved our server cluster to the docklands, you may find that you will need to change your DNS settings. If your DNS is set dynamically via a router you will not need to manually make any changes. Our primary DNS Server is 194.93.130.151 secondary is 194.93.130.132
Instructions for DNS setting changes for the move to Docklands for:

Our Network is secure and restricted to prevent hackers and spammers from gaining access to our servers. This however can result in any of the following:

Some emails may be prevented from getting though. You will not be able to send or receive emails if you are not using one of our dial up accounts. We have filters running to stop spam and offensive emails. Please check our Filters Help page and our Filters List page for details of the filter types.

Some users or designers may not be able to use FTP to upload a web site. This will occurr if they are not using one of our dial ups to access the servers. Designers please contact support@macology.net for a free dial up account to access the FTP server. If you are on a fixed leased line we can allow access to our servers please contact us for details.
